SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

H. H. Avichaldasji Maharajshri believes that service to God should be service to people. Service to people means their welfare; overall activities to build a healthy & happy society. For this, H. H. Avichaldasji Maharajshri does need-based & regular activities. Need-based activities are done at the time of natural calamities and regular welfare activities are done every year. Sat Kaival Samuh-lagnotsav is a regular activity while water mission & relief activities at the time of natural calamities are need-based humanitarian activities.

SAT KAIVAL SAMUH LAGNOTSAV

'Sat Kaival samuh-lagnotsav' is a community service programme wherein H. H. Avichaldasji Maharajshri gives Kanyadaan to needy girls of the society irrespective of their caste & creed.

Lagnotsav : 3 Kanyadaan : 165 girls Expense : 15 lacs per lagnotsav

Planning : 100 girls every year Expected expense : 25 lacs per lagnotsav

SAT KAIVAL WATER MISSION

Sat Kaival water mission is a programme wherein technical services are provided free of charge to those who desire to set up water facility or remove water problem in their area.

SAT KAIVAL RELIEF ACTIVITIES

1. Earthquake Relief works

A)Latur ( Maharashtra ) : Rs. 25 lacs

B)Kutchchh ( Gujarat ) :

1. Rs. 35 lacs financial help to rebuild houses of Chanchapur in Morbi taluka of Gujarat

2. Rs. 20 lacs spent to build two primary schools & one high school in Nani

Barar village of Malia taluka .

3. Rs. 10 lacs : provided 13 truck-load of house hold material to various villages in earth-quake affected areas

2. Tsunami Relief works

1. Rs. 2 lacs: prime Minister Relief fund

2. 5,000 : Pieces of clothes

3. 50 tonnes : 50 tonnes of food grains Sent to south India through Govt. of Gujarat .

4. Rs. 3 lacs : shelter & food to the flood affected people of Anand district.
